These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Spone Labs ("Company", "we", "us") and individuals or entities ("User", "you") using Spone AI, Fortale, Vocesyo, Notedyo, and Voxnela applications, as well as the sponelabs.com website ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms also govern downloads through Apple App Store and Google Play.

Access to certain features may require an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and accept responsibility for account activities • Immediately notify hello@sponelabs.com of any unauthorized account access • Keep your account personal and non-transferable • Never register if under 13 years of age

Premium capabilities are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions: • Pricing is transparently shown in-app and on the website • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period • Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play follow the refund policies of those respective stores • Price modifications will be announced in advance with fair transitional periods

You agree to use our Services strictly for lawful purposes. The following actions are prohibited: • Generating or spreading abusive, illegal, harassing, or defamatory materials • Infringing copyright, trademarks, or proprietary rights • Distributing malware, attacking infrastructure, or reverse-engineering systems • Misusing AI models or attempting automated scraping that overburdens our services • Impersonating individuals or misleading others

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you submit or generate through our Services. You grant Spone Labs a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Services. This license terminates upon deletion of your account.

All source code, designs, marks, names, and assets associated with Spone Labs, Spone AI, Fortale, Vocesyo, Notedyo, and Voxnela remain the exclusive property of Spone Labs and protected under global intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Our applications incorporate AI features for content generation, transcription, and analysis: • AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice • We do not warrant complete accuracy or fitness for critical decisions • Users are solely responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated insights

We strive for 99.9% reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to deploy updates, maintain systems, or modify features with reasonable notice to users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spone Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account anytime through in-app settings or by contacting hello@sponelabs.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved disputes after a 60-day good faith negotiation shall be submitted to the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, while preserving mandatory local consumer protections.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right in the future.
